Thank you for your interest in Vendor Space at the Washington County Fair 

FOOD CONCESSIONS:   

Space Fee: $280.00 minimum 12' x 15'; additional $22.00/ft of additional frontage.
Rent a space large enough to include all displays, stands and tent stakes, hitches and awnings.

User fee:
User fee covers garbage and electricity and is based on you electrical use.
$90.00 for 110 volt, up to 1200 watts
$110.00 for 220 volts up to 30 amps
$150.00 for 220 volts over 30 amps

COMMERCIAL:    

Indoor Space:
Each of the 4 exhibit buildings combines both open-class and commercial exhibits. Spaces are nicely divided with rod & drapes (8' back wall and 34" side drapes). Space includes electricity (one 110 outlet, bring extension cord). The fair does not provide tables or chairs. Buildings are locked at night.

Booths are available in 8' x 8' = $180.00 or 10' x10' = $220.00

Outside Space:
Outside space is located near the exhibit buildings and food vendors. Space is simply marked off on grass and includes access to plug in one electrical cord. Rent a space large enough to include all displays, stands and tent stakes. Grounds are patrolled at night.

Minimum space is 10' x 15' deep = $100.00; your space size can be customized at $10.00 per additional ft of frontage.

Machinery Area:
This area is reserved for machinery, lawn & garden equipment, sports, auto and livestock equipment.
There is no electricity available.

40' x 55' space = $100.00

Requirements and other cost involved:
You must be staffed and operating from 10 AM - 10 PM Wednesday - Saturday, 10 AM - 8 PM on the last day, Sunday.

Each exhibitor must carry $1,000,000 - liability insurance. We require a "Certificate of Insurance" listing Washington County Fair as the Certificate Holder. Insurance can be purchased through the Fair.

Each exhibitor is required to fill out a MN ST-19 Operator Certificate of Compliance form.

Gate Admission: Washington County Fair has an "All Pay Gate". This means everyone needs to pay a daily admission or purchase a season pass to enter the fairgrounds. Daily admission is $5 for adults. Season Passes are $15 for adults. Parking is free.
