SUPPORT THE WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR
The Washington County Agricultural Society is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to hold
the annual Washington County Fair, we are a 501 C-3 organization.
This will be our 139th annual Washington County Fair. We continue to carry on the tradition which involves
youth, adults and businesses who show urban and rural citizens our competitive exhibits, educational
programs, business displays and entertaining activities.
We offer you the following opportunities to support the Washington County Fair:
VOLUNTEERING
If you would have a few hours to volunteer during the Fair, some opportunities would be:
- Serve as a Building/Barn Host
- Assist Division Superintendents with:
- - Receiving exhibits on entry days
- - Helpers during judging
- - Displaying exhibits after judging
- - Checking displays during the Fair
- - Releasing exhibits on Sunday night
- Dusting Showcases each Morning
- Watering Flowers/Flower Pots around the fairgrounds
- Help as Gate Ticket Takers
- Assist with Entertainment Events

SPONSORING
During the Fair we offer a variety of family friendly entertainment, this entertainment costs money.
If you or your business would like to sponsor an event/or part of an event or just make a donation
toward our entertainment, simply call or mail your check to the address below. No donation is too small!
Many families/businesses sponsor awards/gift certificates to our "Top Place" Open Class Exhibitors who
exhibit at our Fair. These additional awards are always appreciated by our exhibitors. Do you have an

MEMBERSHIP
We invite you to become a member of our organization, we offer two types of memberships:
- $10.00 for an annual NON-VOTING membership (showing your support for our County Fair)
OR
- $20.00 for an annual VOTING membership, which includes:
- Your show of support for our 139th annual Washington County Fair
- Voting privileges (meetings held the 3rd Tuesday of October, January, April and June)
- Season Gate Pass to our five day County Fair
