2010 Exhibitor Information

Are you interested in bringing your artwork, needlework, photography, garden produce, etc. to our Washington County Fair to see how you "fair" in our friendly competition among your friends and neighbors? The competition is open to anyone, all ages welcome (Horse and Swine have some restrictions, please refer to the specific division for further information).

Click below on EXHIBITORS' GUIDE and PREMIUM LIST for a listing of all the Divisions we offer. Click on Division of your choice to find the Class and Lot Number of items you wish to enter. No entry fees charged except for Horse, Livestock, Poultry and Rabbits.

To speed up entering on entry day PLEASE PRE-REGISTER by July 29th (pre-registration REQUIRED by July 29th for Livestock, Poultry and Rabbits). You may pre-register on-line by completing the Open Class Entry Form found under "FORMS" (to submit the online form, scroll to the bottom of the page, after entry 19 click "Add Record", the online form has been submitted) or mail the entry form to:

ON ENTRY DAY come to the Fair Office located in Building B to pick up your entry tags - a tag must be attached to each exhibit before it can be entered. We can take care of any additions/deletions to your entry at the fair.

We will begin confirming On-line registrations after July 15th, confirmation may take up to 10 days. If you wish to enter more exhibits than the entry form allows, submit the form. Begin a new form to list the remaining exhibits and note in the "LEAVE US A COMMENT" section this is a continuation of your entry. Additions to an existing entry can also be identified in the "LEAVE US A COMMENT" section. Questions about your registration can be emailed to Phyllis at wirth8550@msn.com

See specific ENTRY DAYS & HOURS under the Division you will be entering. All exhibits remain on display until 8 PM Sunday (except Livestock and Horses are released at 7 PM Sunday).

Exhibits may be picked up: Sunday 8 - 10 PM or Monday, 9 AM - 5 PM - be sure to bring your claim checks. At this time you also should pick up your PREMIUM CHECKS at the Fair Office - No premium checks are mailed!
