2007 Exhibitor Information

Thank you for registering on-line. Unfortunately we were not able to confirm all registrations. Please come to the Fair Office located in building B to pick up your registration tags. We will take care of any additions/deletions to your entry at this time.

Are you interested in bringing your artwork, needlework, photography, garden produce, etc. to our Washington County Fair to see how you "fair" in our friendly competition among your friends and neighbors? The competition is open to anyone, all ages welcome (Horse and Swine have some restrictions, please refer to the specific division for further information).

Click below on EXHIBITORS' GUIDE and PREMIUM LIST for a listing of all the Divisions we offer. Click on Division of your choice to find the Class and Lot Number of items you wish to enter. No entry fees charged except for Horse, Livestock, Poultry and Rabbits.

To speed up entering on entry day PLEASE PRE-REGISTER by July 26th (pre-registration REQUIRED by July 26th for Livestock, Poultry and Rabbits). You may pre-register on-line by completing the Open Class Entry Form found under "FORMS" or mail the entry form found on page 5 of our book. Horse Show exhibitors register at the Horse Show Office on show day. On-line registrations will receive a confirmation email of their registration within 3 days of registering beginning July 15, 2007.

ON ENTRY DAY come to the Fair Office located in Building B to pick up your registration tags - a tag must be attached to each exhibit before it can be entered.

See specific ENTRY DAYS & HOURS under the Division you will be entering. All exhibits remain on display until 8 PM Sunday (except Livestock and Horses are released at 7 PM Sunday).

Exhibits may be picked up: Sunday 8 - 10 PM or Monday, 9 AM - 5 PM - be sure to bring your claim checks. At this time you also should pick up your PREMIUM CHECKS at the Fair Office - No premium checks are mailed!

If you wish to have a complete copy of our Exhibitors' Guide and Premium List, the books are available free at all Washington County Libraries.
